Bookings and payment
Paid sessions ("Ask Me Anything" and "1:1 coaching and build session") are booked and paid for online. Payment confirms your slot. No payment, no booking. Prices are shown before you pay.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel a paid session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through the link in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable, since that time was reserved for you specifically.
Digital products
Guides, toolkits and other downloads are delivered by email after you claim or buy them. If something does not arrive or does not work, write to me and I will put it right.
What sessions are, and are not
Sessions are advice, mentoring or hands-on working time. They are not a guarantee of a specific outcome. Longer project work beyond a single session is scoped and quoted separately.
The site itself
This site and its content are provided as they are. I make reasonable efforts to keep things accurate and running, but I am not liable for occasional downtime or errors from services this site depends on.
